      Sorry I missed your gig!Somehow, I wasn’t notified, or missed Amazon’s email. Pity, as I live just a 10-minute walk away! btw, have you given any thought to referring folks to local stores to buy your new book? I have found it ironic that you obviously love indie stores, but send people to the “fake” Amazon to get the book.

Maybe you ought to try actually going to a church and seeing normal Christians instead of judging us all by a minority of fanatics with nothing better to do than lurk around your parties.
