ComicCon Review

March 4th, 2007 | Uncategorized

Katie here.

Here’s a short take on one of the panels Alison participated in at NY ComicCon from blogger Ron Hogan.  For the record, DTWOF does not endorse any particular blogger or received kickbacks in exchange for blogger publicity. For the purposes of this forum, it’s a piece that gives some background about conferences like NYCC while briefly addressing comics and the publishing industry as well as the potential removal of Fun Home from a Missouri library.

Folks in Florida and thereabouts will be interested to know that Alison will appear in Ft. Lauderdale on March 13th.  Details on the Appearances page.

    Katie–

Since no one seems to be making comments here, it seems like a good moment to ask a question about the strip archive. Is there any way to go back to a certain date and page through the strips forwards? As far as I can tell, the only convenient way to go through the archive on this site is backwards, starting with the latest strip.

    Help!

    Thread hijacking but hey.

Jana, we’ve been talking on and off on how to make the strip archive even more usable for folks. I’ll add your comment to the to-do list. Feel free to send me an email off-site (follow the web design by Thoughtfaucet link at the bottom of the page) and describe how you want to use the strip archive. It would help a great deal as we examine how to re-jigger it.
