Thursday April 10, 2008, I’m part of the Cornell University Creative Writing Program Reading Series, and will be doing a presentation at 7:30pm in Lewis Auditorium, Goldwin Smith Hall.
Wednesday April 2, 2008, Amherst College, 8:00pm - 9:30pm, Converse Hall, Red Room. (This event was originally scheduled for 4/3, but Marjane Satrapi is speaking twenty minutes away at Smith College that same night, which I suspected might dilute my audience somewhat. You should go see her too!)

Ohio State University, Columbus OH. 2007 Festival of Cartoon Art. I’ll be one of a bunch of cartoonists speaking at the ninth triennial Festival of Cartoon Art. This year’s festival focuses on the work of Milton Caniff, creator of Terry and the Pirates and Steve Canyon. His collection of comic art also formed the founding collection of Ohio State U’s awesome Cartoon Research Library.
