Here are campaign signs against the spine of the Green Mountains at dusk. That’s not the moon on the right, but a stop sign. Stop the madness.

I’m happy to report that Vermont’s rabid socialist congressman Bernie Sanders is going to the Senate. I love this state.
Here’s my paper ballot, and the little tag that says I’m the 381st voter.

I’m going out to vote now.

Okay. Here’s a long overdue post on the spontaneous fundraiser that “DTWOF Fan” set in motion on October 17th. (DTWOF fan, if you would please identify yourself to me, I’d like to thank you personally.)

I’m sorry I haven’t provided more feedback on how this was going. The whole thing began just a few days before I had to leave for Europe on that book tour, and I just haven’t had any time to properly respond until now. I thanked everyone personally who made a donation before I left on the trip, and I’ll get to everyone else asap. Here’s th’latest. Sorry it’s late. I had some strange problems with Flickr–they seem to have reduced the file size I can upload. And hey, in case it’s not obvious, I just thought I’d mention that you can select the “strip archive” link in the sidebar to pull up just the posts containing DTWOF episodes. Like, if you want to catch up and read a bunch at once. That archive starts with episode 484. If you look down the sidebar under “links,” you can find episodes 303-480 on the PlanetOut archive.
